To return your item, it must be unused and with the seals if security is intact.
Return period 7 days after receiving the order.

All the commands are hand-made (one by one) according to the specifications confirmed in the order,
so this is how we are required to apply a 20% item return fee, unless the product is defective.
If the returned product presents undue damage as wear, an additional fee will be applied based on the repair cost .
